A doctor-patient relationship based on trust , first of all. And then A transparent quote and the guarantee that the treatments will be effective . These are the strongest "desires" when it comes to dental care. This is what more than a thousand people interviewed in the " Italians at the Dentist " research commissioned by Idi Evolution and conducted by Nielsen stated. The survey also explored other aspects of the relationship with the dentist among those who visited one in the last twelve months (May 2021-May 2022). What fears trouble us every time we walk through the doors of his office? How often do we go? Do we inform ourselves, and how, about our oral health? What is our relationship with technological innovation? Therefore, trust and transparency are the most pressing needs. Trust (56% of those interviewed said) remains essential in the relationship with the dentist. 95% of those who have visited in the last 12 months say they have a dentist they go to and continue to do so because they trust them (66%) and are completely satisfied (48%).
