Our story
1989
The beginnings
IDI (Innovative Dental Implantology) is founded in Vimercate (MB) as a manufacturer of implants
2002
The evolution
IDI becomes IDI Evolution Srl and moves to Biassono (MB), with the aim of exploiting technological evolution to improve the work of implantologists.
2006
The patent
IDI Evolution revolutionizes the world of implantology, patenting the reading of bone density and primary implant stability
2007
The CAD-CAM center
The CAD-CAM digital production center was born, as a technological, design and production support for IDI EVOLUTION customers who were starting to use laboratory scanners
2009
The surgical engine
IDI Evolution launches TMM2, the first implantology engine that assists the clinician during the surgical phase, allowing him to read the bone density and primary stability of the implant
2015
Intraoral scanning
We were the first in Italy to acquire the distribution of the TRIOS intraoral scanner by 3Shape, thus starting the real digitalization process of dental practices.
2017
Guided surgery
We make guided surgery easy and accessible to everyone, through Blackbox, a box that delivers all the surgical and prosthetic components to the clinician's hands to carry out a guided surgery project, in a single clinical step.
2019
The most powerful of the smallest
In collaboration with Dr. Salvatore Longoni and Dr. Matteo Sartori, B1ONE was born, the smallest and most resistant biphasic implant with intracoronal connection ever created.

Process management
ALFRED is born, the first platform capable of automating the management of all clinical and extra-clinical processes of the Practice, and communication with patients

The first two-part implant device
In collaboration with Dr. Alessandro Minniti, B2TWO was born, the only two-part device that gives strength and aesthetics to surgical and prosthetic work.
