IDI Evolution ended 2025 with robust results and a strengthened industrial strategy built on innovation, process integration, and clinical support. The company reported sales of €21.6 million, marking a 40% increase over the previous year, accompanied by an expansion of its organizational structure and commercial network.

Growth extended to laboratory operations as well: IDI RDL, the unit dedicated to prosthetic finalization, came close to €2 million in revenue (+58%), while the group added 25 new hires, expanded its sales force to 48 professionals, and recorded a 25% increase in new clients.

Among the company’s key strategic drivers is the integration between clinical and digital processes. In this context, IDI Evolution has launched a partnership with Align Technology to help general dentists incorporate pre-prosthetic dental alignment into restorative treatment plans. The goal is to bridge the gap between orthodontics and prosthetics, enabling a more predictable and effective end-to-end workflow — with the CAD-CAM IDI Makers lab playing a central role in turning digital planning into tangible clinical solutions.

2025 was also a pivotal year for innovation and intellectual property. The OPENDENT Plaque Detector obtained a European patent from the EPO, introducing a home-use device for dental plaque detection. In the implantology field, the company filed a patent for the ISA® (Infinity Seal Abutment) from the B2TWO line, strengthening IDI Evolution’s position in high-tech market segments.

At the same time, IDI Evolution completed its merger with IDI Makers, forming a single integrated entity aimed at boosting efficiency and production capacity. The consolidation was supported by structural investments, including the enhancement of manufacturing departments and the expansion of the IDI RDL laboratory with a new ceramic room dedicated to prosthetic finalization.

«2025 was a crucial year for IDI. Our industrial development plan has effectively supported both commercial growth and the strengthening of our production capacity», said Andrea Piantoni, CEO of IDI Evolution. «These results confirm that our path — centered on technological innovation and patient care — is the right direction to drive progress in the dental industry».
