It won't be a simple interview, but a true talent test to determine whether the candidate truly has what it takes to join the team. It's happening in Concorezzo, where IDI Evolution, a company specializing in innovation and digitalization that is helping to bring innovation to the dentistry, dental implant-prosthetics, and related technology sectors, is seeking 10 sales consultants.
Candidates will participate in a real talent show—dubbed "IDI Talent"—based on the format of a real talent show. This includes casting calls with CV analysis (a phase that began just a few weeks ago), video auditions, and a week of paid training for the first 30 selected. "This last phase will be the highlight of the initiative and is scheduled for July 2024," the company announced. "The goal is to select 10 sales consultants, who will be the 'winners' of the company contract." Candidates must be between 25 and 35 years old, passionate about technology and innovation, have a knack for sales, and have their own car. The salary is €2,000 per month (plus commission).
