IDI Evolution, a company based in Concorezzo (Monza Brianza), stands out in Italy for the innovation and digitalization it is helping to bring to the dentistry and dental implant-prosthetics sector, along with the related technology. In recent years, IDI has grown, expanding its commercial operations to provide ongoing support to the practices it serves.

Building on last year's initiative, the second edition of "IDI Talent" is launching. This innovative talent attraction strategy, inspired by the structure of talent shows, offers a selection process that goes beyond simply reviewing a CV, allowing candidates to join the company, placing the individual at the center from the very first contact during the hiring process. In 2024, the search focused on the Lombardy region; this year, the scope has expanded to approximately twenty Italian provinces, with a total of 15 open positions for sales consultants. Applications for the recruiting talent program are now open in the Talent program's home region as well: the profile sought is young professionals between the ages of 20 and 30, and two positions are open for the provinces of Milan and Mantua, respectively.

IDI Talent, which will launch in June 2025, is structured like a talent show, aiming to make the hiring process more transparent, transforming it into a welcoming experience and a training opportunity, as well as a business opportunity. Since it focuses on dentistry, some selection phases have been renamed iconically according to this theme: for example, following the castings, a tooth camp—from the American term "bootcamp"—consists of a video call with sales managers. Upon completion of this phase, candidates will have access to a Company Visit, five days of paid in-company training, taking place between July 15th and 19th. Finally, the "winners" will be the candidates who make it to the September "live" phase, the final phase that includes an Agency Contract with an initial expense contribution of €2,000 per month for 12 months, extendable to 24 months.
