The project was successfully concluded second edition of IDI TALENT , the selection program by IDI Evolution that transforms the traditional recruiting process into an experience of training and mutual understanding.
After a first phase in July and a second session in October, 10 new sales consultants have been selected who will officially join our team and represent IDI Evolution in various regions of Italy.

A different way of recruiting

IDI TALENT was born with the aim of revolutionizing the way new talent is discovered.
Not a simple interview or a "desk" selection, but a truly experiential journey , where candidates and the company have the opportunity to truly get to know each other.

During the days of Company Visit , participants were immersed in the world of IDI: our history, mission, and the values that guide us every day. They were able to discover our most innovative solutions up close – from the ecosystem that integrates technologies, products, and services, to the teams IDI MAKERS And IDI RDL – and experience the energy that animates our headquarters Concorezzo (MB) .

Training, comparison and growth

IDI TALENT is also paid training .
Each participant had the opportunity to attend lectures, discuss discussions, and role-play with the IDI team, to understand what it means to represent a brand that combines technology, consulting, and services for the dental sector.

An intense and authentic experience, designed to enhance people and bring out their best skills—not just their technical skills, but also their ways of relating, communicating, and tackling challenges.

From selection to team

At the end of the course, the HR and sales team of IDI Evolution selected 9 new sales consultants who will soon begin their journey in the company.
A result that confirms the strength of a different recruiting model, based on direct experience, real comparison and shared values .
