Bone Regeneration
Expand your knowledge of bone augmentation with the titanium mesh and autologous bone technique
The course is intended for experienced clinicians who consider guided bone regeneration techniques to be the preferred solution for pre-implant horizontal and vertical bone augmentation. The event will discuss the selection of suitable biomaterials and the equipment required to master the technique and achieve clinical objectives.
With the aid of multiple clinical images and the support of audiovisual materials, the surgical steps will be illustrated and the functional results will be discussed in cases with a 15-year follow-up. A significant amount of time will be devoted to the practical phase: students will be able to replicate the surgical procedures taught in the theoretical section on organic simulators (pig jaw). These procedures include hard and soft tissue management, particulate graft harvesting and stabilization with titanium mesh, elongation and sliding of the sculpted flaps, and suturing techniques.
Paid theoretical and practical course on animal preparations.
