The MTG Technique is based on three fundamental pillars: IMPLANT DOMINANCE, PROSTHETIC DOMINANCE, and DERMAL DOMINANCE.

The innovation of this technique lies in fibrodistraction, which can be achieved through these three dominances. In some cases, fibrodistraction can be performed using only IMPLANT DOMINANCE and PROSTHETIC DOMINANCE.

Tissues can be guided through carefully planned three-dimensional implant positioning and subsequent prosthetic rehabilitation.

DERMAL DOMINANCE involves the use of a high-consistency dermal matrix, essential for ensuring proper and constant tissue distraction. This dermal matrix can also be combined with a conventional alveolar preservation technique.

A key advantage of the MTG technique is the ability to simultaneously regenerate or augment both hard and soft tissues, allowing high-aesthetic areas to be treated in a single surgical session.
