The MTG Technique is based on three fundamental pillars: IMPLANT DOMINANCE, PROSTHETIC DOMINANCE and DERMAL DOMINANCE.

The innovation of this technique is based on FIBRODISTRACTION, which can be achieved using the three dominants. In some cases, fibrodistraction can be performed using only the IMPLANT and PROSTHETIC DOMINANTs.

The tissues can be guided through a reasoned three-dimensional implant positioning and the consequent prosthetic rehabilitation.

DERMAL DOMINANT is based on the use of a special, highly consistent dermal matrix, necessary to ensure adequate and constant tissue distraction. In this technique, the highly consistent dermal matrix can be combined with a traditional alveolar preservation technique.

An indisputable advantage of this technique lies in the possibility of performing a simultaneous regeneration or augmentation of hard and soft tissues, thus being able to manage even areas of high aesthetic value in a single surgical stage.
